We used MMK for our wedding in Fraser, CO. Our favorite food is tacos and we knew we wanted something fun, and delicious to serve to our guests. Thomas was wonderful to work with from beginning til even after. He came to us for our tasting, and arranged a time that was convenient. He offered a variety of different options and we chose the Fajita steak Tacos, along with the jerk chicken. He cooked the fresh marinated meats on a professional grille, and provided delicious toppings to pair with each flavor. Our guests enjoyed both but raved about the jerk chicken and pineapple option the most. It was delicious, unique but not too strange, and people weren't afraid to give it a try! Thomas is warm, professional, and friendly and was just perfect to work with. He even gave us a wedding gift basket, which was not expected at all. He was super accommodating and I'd definitely hire him again.
